For instance, if a company sends you a questionaire card and the postage is paid for and the card is already addressed to them — is there a need for me to write my own address like I normally would on an envelope?

    Dont bother, they already have your address. If they are too lazy to flip the card over to see your info, then they dont really need it all the much to they? I never respond to junk mail.

    The mail is supposed to reach them if the card is already addressed to them. To be on the safe side, it is always better to put your return address somewhere whether the postage has been paid or not, just incase.
